Hi I’m Tegan. Accredited Social Worker (AASW ) and Registered Counsellor (ACA).

I offer a warm, supportive space—via telehealth—where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace.

With experience in anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and relationship challenges, I walk alongside individuals as they reconnect with their inner resilience and rediscover what matters most to them.

My counselling style is person-centred and strengths-based, grounded in the belief that you already hold the wisdom and capacity for healing. I integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices to gently guide you toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful change.
